A 27-acre development overlooking the San Francisco Bay located in the desirable Tiburon hills. Robert West worked on the tentative map before marketing the project to a third party.

This 17-lot subdivision extends over 143 acres in Alamo, Ca. The entitled Planned Unit Development map was marketed to a third party.

54 lot development in Modesto, Ca. The Company processed the entitlements, built 50 of the homes, then sold the remaining finished lots.

32 lot development in northern Novato, Ca. Robert and his partner designed and built eight homes before selling the balance of the finished lots.

This six-lot subdivision overlooks Moraga’s scenic valley. The final map was completed and improvements installed before marketing the project.
